Support Packages |
We are offering three different types of Support Packages for Aqua CMS:
Standard website maintenance packages are:
Level 3: £350 per month
Level 2: £150 per month
Level 1: £75 per month
Each Support Package covers your monthly maintenance including alterations, data entry changes and general management of the content of the your web site. The support service does not include additional features, development work, application maintenance or hosting related issues.
The minimum term for our support packages is 3 months. If our work has gone over the limit of the agreed package, we will charge an additional hourly rate of £ 32.50.

Level 1 Support Package - £75 per month
This package is ideal for start-up or small design agencies enabling you to keep on top of your Aqua CMS web sites on a low cost basis.
What you get: 120 minutes support time each month
Level 2 Support Package - £150 per month
This package is designed for design agencies with larger web sites, which need regular maintenance, updates and requires a regular check that the “engine” is working 100%.
What you get: 240 minutes support time each month
Level 3 Support Package - £350 per month
This package is perfect for all business oriented, high demand and top range e-commerce web sites.
What you get: 720 minutes support time each month
